Margaret never set out to start a business.
She wasn’t an entrepreneur, nor did she dream of running a company. She was just a loving daughter, trying to help her mum regain confidence after struggling with incontinence.
For years, she watched as her mum hesitated to go out, always worried about leaks and embarrassing accidents. She saw the discomfort, the frustration, and the emotional toll that incontinence was taking on her.
Disposable pads and bulky adult nappies only made things worse for Margaret's mother, they were uncomfortable, expensive, and came with a constant fear of leaks.
Margaret knew there had to be a better way.
Armed with her background in fashion and a simple sewing machine, she set out to create something different.
She hand-stitched a pair of underwear that looked and felt just like regular knickers, but with discreet, built-in protection that would keep her mum dry and worry-free all day long.
When her mum tried them, she was overwhelmed with relief. “I finally feel like myself again,” she told Margaret with tears in her eyes.
