Return Policy
At Vera, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. We’ll refund the total order amount once we receive the item (please note that return shipping costs are not covered).
How to Return Your Order:
- Contact Us: Email support@vera-underwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Approval: Wait for our team to confirm the return and provide the correct return address.
- Pack & Ship: Pack your item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and ship it to the return address we provide. Be sure to send us the tracking number.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@vera-underwear.com within 30 days. Include a photo showing the defect. We’ll send a replacement free of charge, and if there’s a second issue, we’ll refund your total purchase amount.
Important Information:
Please note that Vera Underwear is a hygienic product. If the seal has been broken after delivery, returns will not be accepted to ensure all customers receive clean, unused products. Also, any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
