Urge incontinence: the form I have - is when you suddenly feel a strong urge to urinate and can't hold it in. It can happen anytime, anywhere, without warning, making it one of the most challenging forms of incontinence.

 

Overflow incontinence: this occurs when your bladder doesn't empty completely, and small amounts of urine leak when it's full. It’s generally the easiest type to manage.

 

Functional incontinence: as mobility decreases with age, even those with normal bladder control may find it difficult to reach the toilet in time, leading to accidents.
