Whilst we work hard to make our sizing as accurate as possible, every body is different and sometimes the fit may vary slightly.
That’s why we offer our Perfect-Fit Guarantee for first-time customers.
If your first pair doesn’t feel quite right, you may be eligible for a free size replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our support team with your order number and the size you believe would suit you better. Our sizing specialists will review your request and help determine the best fit for your body.
To help us provide the most accurate recommendation, we may ask for additional information before approving a replacement.
